Starting in 2005 with Jim Beam with Fred Noe, and then joining The Family Owned and Operated Heaven Hill Distillery in 2012 alongside the Legendary Parker Beam, Bernie serves in the role as their Global Whiskey Ambassador. Bernie represents iconic brands such as Elijah Craig, Larceny, Evan Williams, Rittenhouse Rye, and Old Fitzgerald.

The Role of the Rickhouse

Kyle will present the history and brand education followed by a deeper dive on the Rickhouse and why it is important to aging bourbon. Guests will then have a sample from barrels that highlight the characteristics of each floor and then we will end with a description of how we took the importance of the rickhouse and show it on the side label of the bourbon. Overall an in depth look inside of what’s going on at the Holladay Distillery and the true understanding of taste and place.
